• Please enclose a note in the parcel clearly stating the reason for return, quantity enclosed and action required.
• Label the parcel clearly with the address below.
• Take the parcel to the post office, we strongly suggest you obtain a proof of postage certificate and ensure the parcel is covered for the value of its contents.
• Please note that returns postage and packaging is only refunded if goods are faulty, incorrectly sent or for an unacceptable alternative.

If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give you complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund as long as its new and unused and in the original packaging.

Refunds will be applied based on original method of payment.
